Head of Sales Manager (M/F)

Job Description:
- Support with the strategy definition of Resale as a Service;
- Negotiate new partnerships with luxury and premium brands and retailers, prepare supporting pitch documents adapted to the individual brands, while leveraging our RaaS offer;
- Lead the implementation of new brand partnerships with premium and luxury brands (from negotiation to onsite launch);
- Monitor and analyze the competition landscape overview for second hand/ resale partnerships in the ecosystem, define and implement action plans to achieve business objectives;
- Provide input on the analytics dashboard we provide the brands and marketplaces to track and monitor their sales or performance;
- Implement and leverage analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth;
- Deliver on our targets for distribution channels, acquiring as many new marketplaces as the company's partners;
- Oversee the sales activities on these marketplaces and continuously improve business relationships with marketplaces;
- Ensure smooth operations with each of our clients and marketplaces;
- Coordinate with our tech team on the development and execution of API Integration with retailers and marketplaces.

Required knowledge and skills:
- 1-2 years of work experience in a top-tier consulting firm or a similar role within a high growth e-commerce business is a plus;
- Experience in working with luxury brands is a big plus;
- E-commerce experience;
- Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus (French, Italian, Spanish, German preferred);
- Exceptional time management skills;
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects;
- Strong teamwork mindset and leadership skills;
- Fast learner and passionate about the e-commerce and fashion industry;
- Data driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solving;
- Ability to build strong collaborative internal & external relationships.
