HR Specialist (M/F)

Local: Lisboa
Timetable: Full-time

Job Description:
- Manage the Talent Acquisition process;
- Identify hiring needs, draw job descriptions and manage the recruitment process (directly or through third party companies);
- Manage third party outsourcing and direct hiring companies, to ensure quick response and high-quality candidates;
- Develop and implement an action plan to attract and retain talent;
- Ensure the onboarding, monitoring, and integration of new employees and interns;
- Be responsible for the Internal Communications;
- Support the development, improvement and implementation of the HR policies, such as training, performance management, career, compensation & benefits;
- Manage new and existing employee data within multiple HR-related systems;
- Assist managers and employees in resolving employee relations issues.

Requirements:
- Degree in Social and Human Sciences, preferably Human Resources Management
- 3+ years of directly applicable HR experience working with cross-functional technical teams, preferably in a tech start-up;
- 3+ years experience with recruitment preferably tech recruitment;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Previous experience with platforms as Greenhouse or BreatheHr would be valued.
