Digital Marketing Technician (M/F)

Local: Lisboa
  • Track, report and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns;
  • Manage all performance campaigns, including Google Adwords, Facebook Ads and other digital channels;
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies;
  • Ensure all campaigns perform to a positive gross margin;
  • Be experienced with optimisation strategies and tests for SEM campaigns;
  • Implement, build or work with our Data team to create the necessary reporting suite to track performance and identify new opportunities;
  • Work with our Product team and provide useful insights that could improve our CRO efforts, based on your findings from PPC campaigns’ results;
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practices and strategies.
  • 2+ years performance marketing experience; including but not limited to search, social, display and remarketing;
  • Proven SEM experience managing large PPC accounts and heavy usage of Google Adwords Editor;
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition;
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools e.g, Google Analytics;
  • Experience working within Facebook Ads Manager;
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills and high attention to detail;
  • Good communication and copywriting skills, both in Portuguese and English;
  • You work independently, are result-driven and you show a high level of performance motivation;
  • Driven by marketing performance and ROI.
