Service Delivery Manager (M/F)

Local: Teletrabalho

Working hours: Full-time (mostly on remote work)

Relocation services for all kinds of clients (individuals, companies, expats, company owners) who are considering moving in to Portugal.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering services to clientes;
  • Deal with Public Services and their respective portals:
  • Tax Authority
  • Requesting NIFs, Transfer of Tax Residency, NHR Status
  • Legalisation Drivers Licence ( Registration or Exchange)
  • Requesting NHS numbers
  • Request Social Security (NISS)
  • Open Bank Account in liaison with our Banking partners
  • Assist with obtaining EU Citizens Registrations (CRUE)
  • Invoicing
  • Use and update CRM platform Pipedrive as a way to keep track and report all updates and initiatives regarding Leads, Deals and Clients;
  • Bachelor in Business Management, Accounting, Law, International Relations or other related area;
  • Experience in Administrative and Public Service services and their portals;
  • Experience in dealing with Portuguese Public Institutions and associated services;
  • Client-Focused Solutions Experience;
  • IT skills and knowledge of current CRMs and programs;
  • Experience with Immigration Visa, Residency Permits or Citizenship processes is a plus;
  • Experience in the Global Mobility, Human Resources, Accounting or Legal is a plus;
  • Portuguese and English – Fluent, another language is a plus;
  • Experience living and/or working abroad for at least 1 year is a plus.
