Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, communicate and execute international sales strategy;
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify sales opportunities in terms of new markets, channels or products;
- Work with other teams to develop packaging, products and labels;
- Coordinate sales distribution;
- Plan, prepare, and manage sales materials, exhibits, and promotions;
- Work in a collaborative manner with MKT and Business developer Managers to develop and execute marketing strategies;
- Maintain solid communication int the department and throughout the organization;
- In partnership with the Accounting team, analyse and evaluate sales;
- Evaluate performance against competitors and benchmarks;
- Represent and promote the company at various International community and/or business meetings;
- Observe and follow all company policies and established standard practices;
- Actively recognize associates who have a great performance and coach them to expectations when necessary;
- Treat all co-workers with dignity and fairness;
- Other duties as assigned.

- Degree, Master´s Degree/MBA or equivalent education in Management or Economics;
- 3 years or more of experience in international sales, especially major retail chains;
- Excellent communications (oral and written) both in English and Portuguese and Negotiation skills in Business;
- Proficiency in software usage (CRM, Excel, Data Analysis and P&L Management)
- Availability to travel/live abroad.
