IT Technical Support (M/F)

Local: Lisboa
- Understanding of support Model as per ITIL slandered like Performance management ,Fault Management, problem management and change management;
- Site creations & Integration of 2G/3G/LTE Nokia RAN Equipment;
- Should have Knowledge in Nokia Flexi MR BTS, CDMA, Air scale;
- Remote case handling and software change management for the Global customers;
- Emergency ticket handling. Shift operations and 24x7 On-call support;
- Troubleshooting and monitoring processes.

Specific Requirements:
- Incident management & ticketing tool experience and good understanding on ITIL standard (
mandatory requirement);
- Basic Knowledge of big data tools like Spark, Pyspark;
- Knowledge relational SQL including Postgres and Cassandra;
- Knowledge in Cloud Environments Knowledge in AWS/Azure added advantage;
- Basic working knowledge in Docker;
- Knowledge in object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java;
- Used to working in a Linux environment;
- Knowledge in Cloud Environments Knowledge in AWS/Azure added advantage.
