Pre-Sales Consultant (M/F)

Local: Lisboa
- Responsible for selling and supporting the firm’s complete product and service offering;
- Responsible for achieving assigned sales quota and profitability goal;
- Develops customer account plans, in which identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives
and customer investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success;
- Proactively manages and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings and service delivery by
anticipating potential service problems and monitoring satisfaction;
- Identifies New Business opportunities.

- Good knowledge in the fields of Information Security and Cybersecurity;
- 5+ years of work experience in information security;
- Bachelor degree is appreciated;
- Languages:
English (Spoken and Written): Mandatory
Portuguese (Spoken and Written): Mandatory
Spanish (Spoken and Written): Appreciated
- Strong verbal communication skills that include the capability to clearly articulate thoughts, be
persuasive and to deliver presentations and training to all levels of management;
- Ability to work as a member of a team;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Multitasking and time-management skills to handle pressure and meet deadlines;
- Ability to undertake and complete tasks independently.
